I am here to make a post to update the FUR. (Forum User Records) Now, FUR has become a great success on the forum, and still works fine. However, after doing some quick reviewing on some of the reports that are coming in, ALOT of "new" users are all getting 1 strike warnings. Now, nobody has messed up, everybody is doing their job. But I think a new algorithm should be in place. It goes as follows:
-If the user has recently joined, and the only posts they have made are violating the Forum Rules. Delete their account. Don't modify any posts, just delete their account, this will delete their posts as well.
-Don't notify the FUR if you have deleted/banned someone. This will help the FUR stay less crowded with reports.
-I believe this new algorithm will not only help the FUR but the Forum itself. Also, just a side note, we still need to follow the previous algorithm as well. Of modifying the posts, locking them, investigating the user, and reporting it in the FUR. Just don't use this for accounts that are simply spam bots, it'll save time, and space in the FUR. Thank you Mods for all your great hard work!
