What your trying to do is not so easy for the common folks. (As in not a web developer)

You would need to learn some sort of scripting language, example: Php, Javascript

News
Reviews
Videos
Tutorials

All of these sections will take a lot of time to do by yourself, if you don't know the languages.

Sites like webs are not good for functionality.

If you want I can make tutorials on this.

Just learn on Php, HTML, CSS, etc..then you'll be ready to start.

The last option would be to hire a web developer, (like me) to do the job.

I don't recommend creating a website on webs.com.

Actually, you don't necessarily need to learn those languages in order to get a website up and running. The Design tab in Dreamweaver works great, and you can make your website look however you want it to using Photoshop.

Once you know how to use the two programs all you need to do is purchase a domain and off you go!

Sorry, I can't recommend a specific tutorial for you, but if you do a quick search I'm sure you can find plenty.

I would recommend using wordpress for your website since it's easy to manage and post your things. Wordpress doesn't have to be a blog, you can download a theme and turn it into a website.

Though, you will need a ftp host which you can easily find in the web. I've been using 000webhost (not advertising?) and its great.

PHP and Html are not easy to learn, just like any language. if you stay committed to it, you'll eventually get the hang of it. best of luck
